In the case when publishing new URL alias reuses existing autogenerated row different from the current alias row (the one being published), current alias row will not be historized.

Example:

starting with:

• /one (Content 1, language English)
• /zwei (Content 1, language German)

Re-publishing English translation of Content 1 as "/zwei" will not historize "/one".
