As uncovered in EZP-26186 there are cases where search index gets out of sync with persistence because of missing signals or smaller design issues.

To be able to better verify this this improvment is about adding additional tests to verify that search index is in sync.

This will most likely uncover a few smaller issues that will need to be tackled as part of this, if bigger issues are found that should be handled in new stories.
