When creating image via content on the fly and location is selected manually the UI freeze on publish action.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to edit content,
2. Click on add image to the content
3. Go to create tab in UWD and select content type - image
4. Select location manually by 'Select Location' button
5. Click confirm selection
6. Fill the needed information and click 'publish'
