Steps to reproduce:

1. Login into /ez as a user who has only edit rights for certain content types
2. Try edit content that user is not allowed to publish
3. Application is hanging forever.

Proper error message should be displayed when Editor try to edit and publish content with insufficient permissions.

Currently application hangs on during publication process. See attached screenshot.
