The goal of the EPIC is to provide a first version of a block based dashboard as specified in https://doc.ez.no/display/PR/Manage+and+View+Content+from+the+Dashboard

To limit the scope, the "Create" button is not in the scope of this EPIC, this EPIC is only about providing an extensible dashboard with the 4 default blocks. The blocks are basically simple tables with a fixed set of columns (at least for now) allowing to reach the view and the edit view of the corresponding content.
