Error in BinaryStreamResponse if the file's mtime isn't set

      Description

      The BinaryStreamResponse class, used to stream IO files, expects the file's mtime to be set. Due to EZP-25937, it might not be set in some circumstances.

      Either the change above needs to be updated to set a timestamp, or the BinaryStreamResponse must be changed to consider the timestamp optional.

          Hit by this when in cluster mode, on 5.4.5, when trying to access a random url (non existing image). No S3 involved, plain ole nfs storage
