Steps to Reproduce

• Access your admin interface
• Create a new language
• Create one object (might be a folder) in english
• Go to folder's view and click on "Translations" button on the action bar
• Click on "New translation" button

Here we can see that the new language is not available (and it should)

Going a bit further:

• Call back the site (http://<yoursite>/ez in browser address bar and press enter)
• Try to make a new translation again
  Now the new language is already available
