It is not possible to access re-created content without clearing the cache manually.

steps to reproduce

• Using the Content tab
• Create a folder, directly under your site's home. Name it "MyFolder"
• Access MyFolder in the front end
• Move MyFolder to trash
• Create another folder, in the same location, also named "MyFolder"
• Attempt to access MyFolder in the front end
  => You run into a "No route found" error

If we inspect the Stash logs in SF profiler, we can verify that the Request Key ez_spi/urlAlias/url/MyFolder hits true and is followed by ez_spi/location/<trashed-object-location-id> query (which also hits true)

Note: Manually clearing the cache seems to work as a workaround.
