In 1.3.0rc1, LimitRequestBody value is still set to 49152

    Description

      EZP-25474 has the 16.04 tag on "fix versions", but after installing v1.3.0-rc1, the LimitRequestBody value is still set to 49152 on bin/vhost.sh (see https://github.com/ezsystems/ezplatform/blob/v1.3.0-rc1/bin/vhost.sh)

      The https://github.com/ezsystems/ezplatform/commit/70af104980c0f30ecc8fe3bc978188ac210352b6 seems to be missing
