Steps to reproduce

1) Create a new role, giving it the name "Test"

Here we can see that the top of the capital "T" can't be fully seen.
This does not happens on 16.02

Happens in several places withing Admin Panes scope. examples:

• creating a content type group
• Creating content types
• creating a section
• creating languages
