Make a siteaccess that only has nor-NO as valid language. In the Studio UI go to Page and your siteaccess and navigate to a folder and create a new article.

The empty article is in eng-GB which is wrong.

The user may not have permissions to create an eng-GB and the content will of course not be displayed in the front-end.

steps to reproduce

• configure default siteaccess to have only one language (that is not eng-GB)
• using the Content Tab, attempt to create some content (for example a folder)
  => the selected language will be eng-GB
