ezsystems/platform-ui-bundle (v1.2.1)
ezsystems/landing-page-fieldtype-bundle (v1.2.1)
ezsystems/studio-ui-bundle (v1.2.2)
Description
When logging into the Admin UI with a user that only has access to create articles under one folder the UI does not in any way tell the user that it can’t create content in other locations.
If I try to create a folder elsewhere I can write the content and spend time on creating something that I can’t publish.
The error message displayed only say this: ”An error occurred while publishing the draft”. Does not really tell my why it fails. The JSON errorMessage on the other hand gives good info: ”User does not have access to 'create' 'content' with: parentLocationId '103', sectionId '1'”
For a end-user this is really bad and a makes it user-unfriendly.
The message displayed in the log file is not helping much when trying to debug – if I found the correct one:
translation.DEBUG: Translation use fallback catalogue.
