Admin UI default create content as eng-GB even though the siteaccess only is configured for nor-NO

    Description

      Make a siteaccess that only has nor-NO as valid language. In the Studio UI go to Page and your siteaccess and navigate to a folder and create a new article.

      The empty article is in eng-GB which is wrong.

      The user may not have permissions to create an eng-GB and the content will of course not be displayed in the front-end.
