As a potential contributor I want to be able to:

• PR format (+1 rule, know that I need to fixup commits). Add basic doc along with the code (either on PR or jira).
• Be aware of code style
• Fix bugs. Either those you found or some that you find on the bugtracker.
• Add test (unit test, functionnal test, BDD)
• Add new feature (talk to the dev team on slack first to discuss the specification)
• Update/add new translations

Also create a github template or a follow up story for it.
