As a potential contributor I want to be able to:

• Add comments on existing pages
• Write new pages. Since no write access on confluence yet, we accept any format. Send it to us by email, slack, etc.
• Create issues on the bug tracker (component documentation). Also create doc bugs, improvement proposal, spot missing doc)
