The user profile menu stays after opening Notifications form.

Precondition: Logged in user has several notifications about review requests.

Steps:
1. Log in.
2. Click on the user profile area.
3. Click on the View Notifications menu item.
Actual: Notifications pop-up form opens, the user profile menu stays open. User needs to click on the Notifications form for the menu to disappear.
Expected: Notifications pop-up form opens, the user profile menu disappears.
