Provide the user with the ability to set the sort method listing the sub-items of a location.

Rationale:
The editor in the /Content tab is an editor, not an administrator.
I have reduced the number of possible criteria compared to the system capabilities to limit to the criteria that really make sens from an editorial perspective:

Old criterias:
Content name, Content type name, Content type identifier, Location depth, Location path, Location priority, Modification date, Publication date, Section.

New criterias:

• Content item name
• Priority
• Modification date
• Publication date
