Too many notifications when updating a Content Type

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Edit an existing ContentType
      2. Directly click on "OK"

      The following notifications are displayed:

      1. The Content type draft was successfully updated and published. Related Content has also been updated.
      2. The Content type draft was successfully updated.

      Only the first one is needed.
