Missleading error message when trying to create a Language setting an already existing language-code

    Description

      Very similar to https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-25263 and https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-25244
      When adding a new language, if you try to add an already existing language code, you get a 

       Failed to load 'http://local.ezplatform/pjax/language/edit'

      notification error which doesn't give info on what's really happening.
