After an upgrade to eZ Publish 5.4, trying to clear the trash will result in a fatal error.

The exception is:

Argument 'BinaryFile::id' is invalid: '/trashed/d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e.' is wrong value in class 'BinaryFile'

The original issue comes from EZP-23066 , which has been fixed, but the image attributes in the database are left with invalid entries, so a "cleanup" script may need to be executed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. See EZP-23066 - Create and publish 2 versions of an image content without any image file, in eZ Publish <= 5.3.3
2. Upgrade to latest 5.4
3. (try to) clear trash
