Description

Steps to reproduce

Create a content type with an ISBN fieldtype
In the ISBN fieldtype, uncheck the "ISBN-13 format" checkbox
Save the content type
Edit the content type again

Here can be seen that the "ISBN-13 format" is checked again, despite having been save unchecked.
