The message is:

Unable to find a template for #11

for Anonymous role view (/ez#/admin/Users%2FSubscribers)

1. Go to Roles view in the admin
2. pick any of the role names (anonymous in my case) so you can see the role's details
3. click on any of the user group below Users and groups using the <Anonymous> role (4)
4. you get an error message Unable to find a template for #11 for Members user group
5. choosing other user group, you'll get the same message with different number
