Disabled SearchMainLanguageOnly setting does not take SiteLanguageList into account

    Description

      If SearchMainLanguageOnly is set to disabled, all ShardURIs will be added to the search query.

      It would be better to add only the ShardURIs from the SiteLanguageList.
