When a SiteAccessMatch is preformed the config resolver is not updated with the new site access scope as no scope change is called.

On a match it should be updated so services like the UrlAliasRouter have the updated site access.

For example using legacybridge the parameter url_alias_router is depended upon to bypass the UrlAliasRouter. Since during the site match process the scope change is not dispatched ezsettings.default.url_alias_router is returned instead of the current site scope.
