There are two different environment variable names for the purpose of defining SF/eZP environment:

• ENVIRONMENT for vhost configuration (web/index.php), and
• SYMFONY_ENV for console scripts (ezpublish/console)

This is unnecessary and introduces additional complexity in custom configuration/solutions.

A single variable should be used instead.
