The "+" icon in a richtext fieldtype only appears partially when in "Focus" mode

          Description

          Steps to reproduce

          – Create one content from a content type that as an ezrichtext field
          – When we enter the filed, an "+" appears on left side
          – Now click on "Focus" button
          – Clicking on richtext field again, the "+" icon only appears partially

            The fix for this issue involves changing the focus mode to be consistent with the last versions of the specifications.

            Basically, the right toolbar is gone, the "Save & Return" button is moved near the title, that ways we have more space (margin/padding) so that the add content button is fully visible.
