Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Access PlatformUI;
2. Open firebug or similar tool, and go to Console;
3. Login with default user (admin | publish);
4. Upon arrival at the platformUI admin interface, a notification error will show: " Failed to the load root locations ".
On console, the following errors will show:

As will be observable, clicking "Content -> Content structure" will not open the content structure.
