Issue with indexing demo content revealed that Solr (and ElasticSearch impl) of indexing commands are indexing drafts and archived content as well.

Besides the fact that they should only index published content, internal drafts is a problem as it can legally contain invalid field data from legacy as means to allow user to save draft even if it does not fully validate.
