At the moment, the AlloyEditor/CKEditor plugins are hardcoded making it impossible to extend eZ Platform with a custom one without modifying vendor code.

Some suggested extension points:

• Must have: For the main use case of adding additional plugins, from the developer's point of view configuring (adding*) plugins via YAML would be very useful.
• Should have: The RichText edit view should provide an API so that a RichText edit view plugin can add (and remove?) the plugins loaded by default with custom logic.

* Note, like request to be able to disable blocks on page builder, if there is a way to also be able to remove plugins purely using config as well that would be very much welcome.
