Content (in general) should always be shown using the ContentId, with the LocationId being an option.

This would fix the Content Preview problems, as no rendering would be requested using the location id only.

The change should be backward compatible, meaning that existing ez_content:locationView calls should be transparently transformed, somehow, to a content id based route.
