Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to PlatformUI
2. Click on "Content tree" to load the content tree
3. Change structure of content tree by one of following steps:
   • Publish new content object:
     1. Go to any location where you want to create content
     2. Click on "Create a content" button from action bar
     3. Create and publish any content which should be visible in content tree (for example folder)
   • Send already existing content to trash:
     1. Go to any location available in Content tree
     2. Use button "Send to Trash" from action bar
     3. Confirm that you want to send location to trash
4. Content tree is not updated with changes in content tree were made. Only by manually reloading PlatformUI and clicking "Content tree" the content tree is reloaded.
