Assets for dev environment not being handled by assetic

    Description

      On dev environment, css/js assets are not served by SF/assetic (requests result in a 404 Not found).

      A workaround would be to generate assets for the dev environment, with assetic:dump command.

      However, the problem comes from the rewrite rules incorrectly terminating (without a forward to index.php) in case of css/js assets.
