Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to PlatformUI;
2. Go to Admin Panel -> Sections;
3. Click on "Assign a content" for any Section available;
4. From the Universal Discovery Widget that will load rightafter, pick from the leftside Content Tree any Content;
5. Confirm the Content and then confirm all selections by clicking on the bottom left corner;
6. The Assigned Content count for the Section that you chose will not update the count number automatically, only by manually reloading PlatformUI will the current count update.
