Hi,
When creating some content (an article, for instance), the top menu are hidden, but still present and can be clicked.

Steps to reproduce

– Create an article
– While in creation mode, hover the mouse on the places where top menus were. If we go to to the area where "Media Library" might be and click on that area, we are directed to Media section
