      Description

      Hi,

      When i upload a binary file bigger than upload_max_filesize, i get no errors and the file is uploaded.

      Steps to Reproduce

      – Set "pload_max_filesize = 2M" in php.ini
      – Create a content -> File
      --– Fill in the name (File1) and upload or drag&drop a binary file bigger than 2M
      – See that the file is uploaded (i wasn't expecting to, since it's bigger than upload_max_filesize)
      – Publish the file
      – See that the file was published without any error

          This is happening because this is not a regular upload. PlatformUI builds a REST request and embed the file content in it, it is different from filling a form with a file input. So if you want to limit the size of the request on PHP side, you need to tweak the PHP setting post_max_size.
