Pasting text in xml block does not work in IE11

    Description

      No text is pasted from clipboard into the editor.
      Tested in Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17501 on Windows 7 operating system

      Steps to reproduce:

      Start from a clean 4.5 installation with all updates applied.

      1. Copy some text into the clipboard
      2. Paste it in the Online Editor

      No content will be added after pasting.
