Implement a simple prototype command line installer

As a user, I want a working eZ Platform with the minimum content after successfully executing the installer script.

As a sysadmin, in order to automate deployment, I want to execute the installer script without any interaction.

As a core developer, I intend to make this script offer several installation types to this script later on.
