In Online Editor, the table cells content is inserted to the middle of the column, when it should be in the top

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a blog post
2. Add table with at least 2 columns
3. In the first cell, put several paragraph
4. In the second cell, put a short content. You'll notice the entered text will appear at the middle of the cell, when it should appear at the top since it's the first element in the drop down list.
