As we are heading towards eZ Platform, improvement to build size (affecting download) and time (affecting testing) can be done by moving some of the extensions that needs additionally work to be installed and used anyway.

So following will be moved to "suggested" packages in composer:

• ezfind
• eztags
• ezscriptmonitor
• ezsi

As part of this story a composer.json.dist is created with the old values for those that want to easily get the full community distribution like it has been known for some years now.
