I believe the information about logging should be present as well, since all the rest pretty much matches the information available at the install.md file.
This information I believe to be missing, basically is:

to debug errors in synchronizing events, enable logging the http communication between source and target servers:

in wsproviders.ini, set Options[debug]=2 for the target server you want to debug
make sure in site.ini, you have [DebugSettings]Alwayslog[]=notice
check out the log file var/log/notice.log
