Legacy::loadBinaryFileByUri catches RuntimeException but IOService::loadBinaryFileByUri throws eZ\Publish\Core\Base\Exceptions\InvalidArgumentException which is not a descendant of RuntimeException.

InvalidArgumentException inherits from APIInvalidArgumentException which inherits from ForbiddenException which inherits from Exception.
