Currently, it is not possible to reuse cache-blocks with the same key in one siteacesses at different positions. The template-parser adds the cache-keys defined in the template to an array, which also consists of the siteaccess name and a placement string with the location of the template. This placement string makes it impossible to reuse cache-blocks, and could be replaced, as was suggested in https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-17239, by an identifier, which would resolve the problem.
