Using the new stack.

If you set TransformationGroup=urlalias_iri in URLTranslator and try to access a multi-byte (example japanese) uri in frotend (the problem won't happen in backend) the url won't match a location and eZ won't return the proper template.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit override/site.ini.append.php and add

   [URLTranslator]
   TransformationGroup=urlalias_iri
   

2. Create a new article titled 私は日本の名前で試してみる必要が
3. Try to open the article in front end

Compare it with an article with no jap content, the breadcrumbs and discus won't be displayed on the jap article.
