Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Setup tab->Workflows, click on "Standard" group, and then click on "New workflow";
2. Give a suitable name to the workflow e.g. "Wait until date workflow";
3. On the list of available events, select "Event/Wait until date and click on "Add event" button;
4. On the event options:
a. Select "Article"class;
b. Select "Publish date" attribute;
c. Click OK;
5. Go to Setup tab->Triggers, add new workflow to "content/publish/before", and click OK;
6. Create a new article, fill in all required fields, and also set "Publish date" field to a future date. Publish article;

At this point, the article should be listed on "Dashboard/My pending items", but it is not.
