Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Prepare a clean installation of eZ Publish 5.3;
2. On the admin interface, go to "Media library" and create an image. Add a name, file and alternative image text, and publish;
3. Edit image, change alternative text, and publish;
4. Re-edit image, and verify that alternative text was not changed. However, the alternative text will be changed if the file is changed, too.
