Despite asynchronous publication having been activated, it is easy to get publication errors even with a relatively small content db.

How to reproduce:

• set up ez with 20 languages, async publication
• set up max 50 versions to be kept
• create a folder object, translate it in 20 languages, for each language
• copy and paste a rich text from wikipedia, with links in it, for each language
• open in parallel in 20 tabs a version for each language
• using ctrl+tab to quickly iterate through open tabs, hit "save" on all open languages

End result: quite a few error messages in error.log
