When viewing ini settings in the administration interface, settings for other siteaccess may be incorrectly displayed if the configuration has been modified (and injected into legacy) in Symfony config.

Steps to reproduce:

consider the following in ezpublish.yml

ezpublish:
    system:
        ezdemo_site_admin:
            content:
                tree_root:
                    location_id: 100
        eng:
            content:
                tree_root:
                    location_id: 200

In admin interface -> setup -> ini settings, view the value for RootNode in content.ini, for the 'eng' siteaccess.
