Creating a second Landing page with same objects on item list won't show the block list

So the steps to reproduce:

1. Open admin interface
2. Create 2 folders FolderA and FolderB
3. Create first landing page and add Item List block with both folders
4. Open the fist landing page
5. Verify that the Block: Item List and both folders show up (on View)
6. Create second landing page with the same block and folders
7. Open the second landing page
8. Verify that the Block: Item List doesn't show up
