RichText generic template rendered tags are missing handling of semantic configuration

    Description

      Apparently the the configuration described to load a custom template isn't implemented yet

      system:
    eng:
        ezrichtext:
            blockquote:
                config:
                    cite: Enter quote author here
                    book: [Sign of the Unicorn, The Hand of Oberon]
                template: eZUserBundle:ezrichtext:blockquote.html.twig

      Now you have to use 

      parameters:
    ezsettings.default.fieldtypes.ezrichtext.tag.blockquote:
        template: eZUserBundle:ezrichtext:blockquote.html.twig
