turn off "in memory" persistence cache in this environment, it is not meant for long running processes, Memcached however is fine, this is about variable cache of the cache. See doc for persistence cache config.
make sure stash and stash bundle is last version within what is supported with latest service pack
run in prod and not dev, lots of logging and debug stuff goes on in dev mode
make sure logging lib, monolog, is latest supported version and not configured to keep in memory until script ends
